Hey everyone!!!!!!!!! Im sooooooo DAMN EXCITED!!! today I weighed in at 183lbs!!! Thats exactly 40 lbs from the beginning!! Im almost at my half-way mark which is at 180!!! I will definitely be changing my diet around so I can start to lose weight even quicker from now on, I’ll let you Guys know what I do and if it works lol! Anywho, IM LOVING ALL THE COMPLIMENTS, IM LOVING ALL OF MY CLOTHES, AND IM LOVING MY CONFIDENCE MORE THAN ANYTHING!!
I hope that you are all seeing results as well! Remember that If you are stuck a small adjustment might be needed to get you back on track! ALWAYS DRINK WATER!! YOU SHOULD PEE EVERY TWO SECONDS (WHICH BY THE WAY SUCKS IF YOURE AT THE MOVIE THEATER! IJS). lol
Im thinking of buying INSANITY, so i can do it on a daily basis! I love Shaun T, I lost 40lbs with his HIP HOP ABS video and Dieting a previous time.. You guys should try it!!!

Yup YuP!!! Did you know that a gallon of sweat = 8lbs? I saw this on TV when a fighter was trying to make his weight for the fight! EXERCISE PEOPLE! it actually works lol
