My daily menu :]
Okay so I had an absolutely amazing day!! I met a ton of celebrities and they were all so nice!!! I’d like to thank wrpbitv.com and Gabby Kocienski of “HAVE A SEAT WITH GABBY (http://www.facebook.com/#!/pages/Have-a-Seat-with-Gabby/254610951224673?sk=wall) for taking me to that awesome celebrity tennis day :] If you guys like to hear about new and upcoming celebrities click the facebook link and add them, they are truly amazing at what they do!!!
Okay now i will like to address my daily intake :] I have recieved a few messages that were interested in knowing what i eat on a daily basis and sooo here it goes::
- The most important thing to do when starting a diet, which i did is to BUY A FOOD SCALE, MEASURING CUPS AND SPOONS, AND GETTING A FORMAN GRILL! (this will make everything so much easier for you! Especially the forman)!!!
- Throughout the entire day I consume atleast 80oz of water! Thats 10 8oz cups! 8oz really isnt that much!
- I also make sure i eat every 2 to 3 hours!! This is important to keep your metabolism going!
- I also make sure I use MORTONS LIGHT SALT, instead of regular!
- In order for your food to have flavor you can you MS.DASH food seasoning with no salt or sugar!! (It is delicious and there are many different seasonings to choose from).
Now to talk about what I eat::
8am- I eat two hard boiled eggs(protein) w/ 1 WHEAT Toast(starch) (Natures own *40cals*)
10am-Eat One apple(fruit)
12pm-Eat One protein bar (150 cals, 15g of protein)
2pm-Eat another Apple(fruit)
4pm- 4oz of chicken (protein) and 2 cups of broccoli (2 same vegetables)
6pm- eat another apple (fruit)
8pm- 4oz of chicken (protein) and 2 cups of broccoli (2 same vegetables)
10pm- 1 toast (starch) (natures own *40 cals*)
12am- Protein pudding
1230-1am (FALL ASLEEP)
- If it says protein that can be substituted for any other protein (shrimp,fish, chicken, turkey etc..However, you wanna keep meat down to only like 2 days a week because meat causes you to retain water**)
- If it says starch that can be substituted for starches like brown rice, sweet potato etc.
- **Heres a tricky thing about fruits..When you eat a fruit you must eat that same fruit throughout the whole day! No mixing fruit!!! Fruit salads are actually bad for you because your body only digests one fruit at a time and when there are many fruits it stores them as fat! So if u want apples eat 3 apples, if you want oranges eat 3 oranges etc…
- IF YOU ARE RETAINING WATER OR YOU ARE BLOATED YOU CAN USE PARSLEY IN YOUR FOOD AND/OR APPLE CIDER VINEGAR!!!
REMEMBER WATER WATER WATER WATER IS SOOOO VERY IMPORTANT!!! I hope this helps of course this menu changes every day however, the layout is always the same!!!
EXERCISE ATLEAST 40mins a day! even if youre just walking, doing zumba, or playing sports!!
