I feel like i really owe everyone an explanation for completely ignoring this tumblr. First off i’d like to start by apologizing to everyone who follows me, who has called me inspiring, who comes on my blog looking for help, for hope, for tips, and even those who want to see my results. If you have been with me from the beginning then you know my life has been pretty complicated the last few months..it hasnt gotten any better. I’m moving to New York in 8 days and my hearts telling me to go and my brain is telling me to stay..I’m fighting a battle within myself and I APOLOGIZE TO EVERYONE FOR MY ABSENCE. ***I have finally hit the -50 lb mark!!! Im currently weighing 173 lbs!*** This is probably the greatest thing going on in my life right now. I wont lie, I have been frustrated here and there, asking questions after questions..”when will this be over?” “Shouldnt I be done by now?” BUT I DO UNDERSTAND THAT EVERYTHING TAKES TIME AND THE ONLY THING YOU CAN DO IS BE PATIENT! AFTERALL, IM NOT DOING THIS FOR SUMMER BUT FOR LIFE! I just cant wait to be my goal weight, not to get off my diet, but to wear the size i’ve always wanted to wear, to be what I never thought I could..

Hello Anon :] sorry for the super late response! As far as what i eat here how it goes:
I eat ever 2 hours! making sure i eat within the hour when I wake up and making sure i eat up to 30 mins before i go to bed (this helps ur metabolism to keep working as you sleep) doesnt have to be every 2 hours though u can stretch it and make it 3 if you go to bed really late..
I drink 80 oz of water DAILY! THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT!!
I eat 3 fruits *WHATEVER FRUIT I CHOOSE TO EAT, I EAT 3 OF THE SAME FRUIT..3 ORANGES, 3 APPLES ETC.*(before 6pm), 2 proteins (CHICKEN, FISH, TURKEY ETC) 2 starches (sweet potato, 2 natures own slices *WHEAT*) (before 6pm), 4 veggies (1 cup of cooked broccoli = 2 servings of veggies) and 2 protein supplements daily (protein bars or pudding.)
A sample menu of mine is:
Breakfast : 1 egg (1/2 a protein) + 1 apple + 1 toast
snack: 1 fruit + protein bar
Lunch: Chicken breast (4 oz= 1/2 protein) + 1 cup of broccoli (2 servings of veggies)+ toast
Dinner: Chicken breast 8 oz (a whole serv of protein) + 1 cup of broccoli.
snack: Protein pudding

Hey everyone!!!!!!!!! Im sooooooo DAMN EXCITED!!! today I weighed in at 183lbs!!! Thats exactly 40 lbs from the beginning!! Im almost at my half-way mark which is at 180!!! I will definitely be changing my diet around so I can start to lose weight even quicker from now on, I’ll let you Guys know what I do and if it works lol! Anywho, IM LOVING ALL THE COMPLIMENTS, IM LOVING ALL OF MY CLOTHES, AND IM LOVING MY CONFIDENCE MORE THAN ANYTHING!!
I hope that you are all seeing results as well! Remember that If you are stuck a small adjustment might be needed to get you back on track! ALWAYS DRINK WATER!! YOU SHOULD PEE EVERY TWO SECONDS (WHICH BY THE WAY SUCKS IF YOURE AT THE MOVIE THEATER! IJS). lol

Hey everyone!!!!! so im soooooooooooo excited to come on here and say that i’m finally out of that plateau and i am down to 185!!! Im soooo excited!!! Yesterday I even got the bestest reaction from some family..When they saw me they were like, “holy shit stef! Where’d your belly go? Do you see this mom? Stef is getting skinny!!!!" hahahaha it was priceless and let me tell you that it felt soooooo good!! imagine 40 lbs lighter? i cant fackin wait!!
Anywho, I’ll admit I haven’t worked out at all like i used to..maybe 1 or 2 days a week..I bet if I worked out at least 5 days..I’d be down a lot more, but considering how down I have been lately with all my personal issues I just haven’t had the enthusiasm! But that is all over..My personal life is back in order thank God!! My boyfriend and I actually worked everything out a few days ago and it got even better when we started planning our “Life” together yesterday :D Yep! He even said he was thinking about marriage 0.o can you believe that? I choked a little when he said that lol He has never been a “marriage” kind of guy lol but I guess distance truly does show you what you want in life and in this case He wants me and I want him sooooo its perfect! Plus let me just say that he’s my greatest fan! hahaha everytime I lose more weight he literally cheers me on lol and he tells me how sexy I am and beautiful ::SIGH:: Its such a great feeling!!
Anyway, enough about my love life!! I’m making a promise to you guys that starting tomorrow I will be going to the gym for at least 5 days a week! :D I will be checking in here to let you guys know that i’m going! No more of this laziness! Hopefully everything is going great with you guys and your diets!! Remember that cheat days happen and so do plateau’s!!! dont beat yourself up over it, JUST KEEP ON GOING!!!

I would like to thank all of my beautiful followers for all of those kind words!!! Its unreal to see myself at 223 lbs..Not only can i not believe I let myself go like that, but i cant believe that I’m slowly reaching my goal weight. We all know how easy it is to put the weight on and impossible to take it off. Im one of those people who has always set herself up for failure from the first day of the diet..BUT NOT THIS TIME.
Not only is seeing my before and after pictures motivating, but its so rewarding to hear it from my followers, friends, and family. I wont give up till I reach my goal!

Id like to apologize for being so absent :( I don’t know whether or not you guys also follow my personal blog, but if you don’t here’s whats been going on in a nutshell.. My boyfriend and I of 9 years broke up..After the break-up he decides to move back home to New York (im in FL)..Although we are trying to work things out..IT ALL JUST FEELS LIKE WEIGHT ON MY SHOULDERS. I didnt want any of this so of course, I AM TRULY DEVASTATED. Since i got back from New York, i’ve been trying to keep pretty busy..I tore apart my room and now my bedroom is the coolest bedroom ever lol but other than that..I havent been myself..I feel lazy and unmotivated and well it definitely shows on my blog..If you have written me, im truly sorry for not answering promptly..I LOVE ALL OF MY FOLLOWERS!! I promise to get to everyone who writes :D
Today i’m going to start exercising again :D and get back on my blog! I know i need to get out of my slump and you guys are definitely my motivation to do so!!! Hope you are all staying happy and healthy!! Have you guys ever had a personal issue that put a damper on your diet goals? if so, how’d you get out of it?
Hey everyone!! I’m finally back! woooo hOOOOOOO!!! Back to my state, my diet, and work!!! Its a great feeling to get back on track..I’ll admit I did terribly while in New York! Obviously I had PIZZA (maybe more than once ;]),Chinese food, and those Dirty Water hot dogs…It wouldn’t have been a trip to NEW YORK if I didn’t haha. Anyway, When I got here on Monday I was 4 lbs over but i’m back at 187!! and im soooo HAPPY!!! Although, I did cheat a few times on my diet, I did make healthier choices while i was there..NO SODA or JUICES..Just tea, coffee, and WATER..If i got some chinese, it was steamed and with lots of veggies! I did well for the most part :D and you know what? ITS OKAY TO STEER OF ROAD SOMETIMES, AS LONG AS YOU CAN GET BACK INTO IT!!! I had my fun, but now its BACK TO FULL-time healthiness lol.
I will be posting on here all day :D soooo hope you guys are ready for a busy dashboard!
